  • Nei Gong: Physical movements that embody the principles of the I Ching to promote balance and vitality. This refers to deeper, internal, and often seated energetic cultivation that transforms the body's internal structure and Qi.

  • Alignment of Being: This practice bridges body and soul, creating a harmonious, "living, breathing alchemical path".

  • Energy Cultivation and Refinement: It helps in transitioning from "effort-based" to "effortless" practice, allowing energy to move freely and reducing mental tension.
