Soul Yoga Course

Completing the Coming Full Circle (CFC) Course prepares you for this course. CFC guides shifts from beliefs to awareness. Soul Yoga bridges your growing mental awareness with what is happening in the body.  It is about deepening body-mind connections and exploring avenues for release that make way for life transformation.

 

Soul Yoga is 12 sessions (minimum 12 weeks). It draws from The Wisdom of Yoga by Stephen Cope and offers yoga & meditation guidance based on your soul progress.

  • Self-Inquiry

  • Yoga Therapy

  • Yoga/ Meditation Practice between sessions

 

While yoga is recognized for effective stress relief, yoga therapy can assist with several other health issues. The transformative course invites new levels of balance and clarity into your life. Enhance flexibility, open-mindedness, release blockages, promote soul awareness, and deep healing.  Each stage is tailored to the individual and draws on Patanjali's transformation journey.
