Soul Yoga Course
Completing the Coming Full Circle (CFC) Course is often a prerequisite for this course. CFC guides shifts from beliefs to awareness. Soul Yoga builds on your growing awareness by adding context with the three bodies and 5 Koshas. It is about deepening body-mind-spirit connections and explores purification practices based on the six-layered yocic body model.

Shatkarmas, or shatkriyas, are six ancient yogic cleansing techniques designed to purify the body and prepare it for more advanced yoga. They are best practiced under the guidance of a qualified instructor.
Soul Yoga is 12 sessions (minimum 12 weeks).​ It draws from The Wisdom of Yoga by Stephen Cope and offers yoga & meditation guidance based on your soul progress.
