Terms & Conditions - the basics

 Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined  the owner of this website.

Welcome! By accessing or using our website, purchasing our services, or working with us as a life coaching client, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of Life Coaching Services

  • Not Medical or Psychological Advice: Life coaching is a collaborative, forward-looking process focused on personal growth, goal setting, and mindset enhancement. Life coaching is not conventional therapy, medical care, financial advising, or legal counsel.

  • No Guarantees: While we provide guidance, tools, and support, your results depend on your own effort, commitment, and individual circumstances. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

  • Client Responsibility: You are fully responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, and actions taken during and after the coaching process. If you require mental health or medical treatment, you agree to seek support from a licensed healthcare professional.​

 

2. Booking, Payments, and Refunds

  • Payment Terms: All coaching packages, single sessions, or digital products must be paid for in full prior to the commencement of the session or program, unless a formal payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.

  • Refund Policy: Due to the intensive and personalized nature of coaching services, all payments and deposits are non-refundable except as required by applicable consumer law.

  • Session Expiration: Purchased single sessions or coaching packages must be used within [e.g., 3 to 6 months] of the purchase date, or they will expire and be forfeited unless otherwise arranged.

 

 

 

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Lateness

  • Late Cancellation / No-Show: If you cancel with less than the required notice, or fail to show up ("no-show") to a scheduled session, the session will be considered redeemed/forfeited with no right to a make-up session or refund.

  • Coach-Initiated Rescheduling: If we need to reschedule a session, we will provide you with as much advance notice as possible and re-book at the earliest mutually convenient time.

 

 

 

4. Intellectual Property and Content Use

  • All materials, worksheets, videos, frameworks, workbooks, and website content provided by [Insert Your Website/Business Name] are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • These materials are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or resell any coaching materials or recordings without our explicit written consent.

 

 

 

5. Confidentiality

  • Group Coaching: If you participate in group coaching programs or online communities, you agree to respect the confidentiality and privacy of all other members. What is shared in the group stays in the group.

 

 

 

6. Limitation of Liability
