We create a personalized yoga practice designed to suit your abilities, health goals, health challenges, interests and time. This may include postures, breathing techniques, and meditation, as well as the application of yogic principles such as gratitude and non-harming.
Somatic Experiencing (SE)
The mind is energy. When the mind shrinks, you feel sad, depressed, unhappy, restless, fearful, dissatisfied with life. When joyful, the mind expands. You feel good. What shrinks & expands is consciousness. SE invites focusing on physical sensations. From there, the mind-body exercises may include basic breath work, meditation, visualization, massage, grounding, dance, and/or sensation awareness work.
We offer guided meditations relax, reduce anxiety and and get in touch with hidden parts of yourself. Some people even use meditation to help them stabilize or ground themselves during transitions, or adapt to the challenges.
Holotropic Breathwork (Individuals/ Couples/ Groups)
Breathwork is an active form of meditation that allows us to disconnect from the mind and be guided by the breath and pranic rhythms. As we breathe out what does not support our growth, we tune into who we are beyond all that. Our biodynamic approach empowers you to decode and release stress, anxiety, trauma and shift energies.
