Forever grateful for 10 months experience as a contractor at a mental health retreat. This enabled me to facilitate regular mindfulness and meditation sessions, gentle individual and group breathwork as well as related support services with a talented multi-disciplinary team. Empowering others is still about about giving clients tools to raise awareness and empower others to create their own life shifts at their pace.
